Lisa Foster: an Interesting and Impactful Former State Court Judge

Lisa Foster served as a California State court judge for nearly a decade before joining the United States Justice Department under President Obama.  She left the Justice Department after President Trump was elected and devotes her time toward reforming how the justice system deals with fines and fees.
