Court Reform for Teenage Offenders in New York

On September 29, 2011, the AJA blog reported that New York Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman has proposed swiping new reforms in how New York courts deal with 16 & 17 year old offenders. Today the New York Times endorsed the direction that Chief Judge Lippman proposes.
