For sitting judges, hate crimes are among the most difficult cases to preside over. What do you do when the perpetrator of the hate crime is a judge?

A person is a victim of a hate crime and the perpetrator of the hate crime is the judge…..what can the person do? Judges are not above the law, when called out on what they have done, all they do is get other judges to cover it up. Help.
