If you are a trouble maker, just start the conversation about the merits of legalizing marijuana. Some judges think it is a gateway drug and others see criminalization as being far more destructive than marijuana itself. As legalization expands across the country, so too do reports of what some call “cannabis use disorder.” The number of people who say they partake with near-constant frequency has spiked and some experts worry about what that means with marijuana’s increased potency. Just because the health effects of pot are relatively benign compared to alcohol doesn’t mean the product is safe, they say.
